I really had fun when I
painted this one. I was
going thru my other
paintings and staring at the
blueberries I had already
done and got very hungry.
After rummaging thru the
refrigerator, I knocked
these over and these
bounced off the shelf and
onto the floor. Besides
leaving lots of juice in their
wake, they also left a
lasting impression on me.
After cleaning up the mess,
I decided that I needed to
paint what I saw. The
funny thing is that when
you view this painting in
person, the blueberries
seem to "bounce" on the
page...hence the name.
